5 ears corn
1 small head lettuce
1 small head broccoli
1 head cabbage
1 handful cilantro
1 large cucumber
1 QT blueberries
Corn: Taken on vacation and grilled at campsite.
Tomatoes: Eaten in salads mainly. Sometimes just sliced and eaten as is.
Broccoli: I looked at that one night, already had some rice noodles left, so threw them together for an impromptu stir-fry.
Cabbage: Gifted to the folks. Hopefully I'll come to some handy uses for cabbage. It's just not one of those things I like terribly much.
Zucchini: Summer vegetable pizza. Yum.
Cilantro: Wilted. Just didn't get to it in time.
Cucumber: In salads and with hummus.
Blueberries: Eaten by the handful. And for breakfast sprinkled with a dash of cinnamon-sugar.
